Marine groups sign Senate letter opposing E15
Thirty-six environmental and industry groups signed a letter that went to the majority and minority leaders of the Senate Monday urging opposition to any amendment to the upcoming energy bill that would authorize the sale of gasoline with more than 10 percent ethanol.

I have no clue why it hasn’t happened sooner. Dozens of times I’ve made a last-second grab for a fishing rod headed towards the deep. I can think of three or four times when one actually splashed but I had it back in-hand within a few minutes.
Sticking to a plan on the river
